Restaurant Revue has opened since September 2014 and is still very popular among the residents of Ghent.
The restaurant has been completly renovated and has a modern interior but still has a very warm atmosphere thanks to the architect Heidi Wille. Whom also designed parts of the hotel. Before the renovation, the restaurant was known as ‘T Keteltje.
Revue offers it’s guest a small and compact menu with some traditional dishes from Belgium like Vol-au-Vent and carbonade flamande with a modern touch, pastas, salads and a fine selection of tapas.
There slogan is : We love simplicity and great food. They have a wide range of wines, which can be ordered by glass and not only by bottle. The staff is very friendly and they know what they are talking about. During summer you can enjoy your lunch or dinner on the terrace next to the canal ( Leie) or on the street side (little bit noisy as the tram passes by often) .
We recommend you to reserve in advance, because the restaurant doesn’t have many tables. If possible, then you should ask for a place at the counter or on the side. Within a 10 min walk from the hotel.
