Flemish Foodie, Kobe Desramaults, is everywhere in Ghent: first he opened his bistro De Vitrine and now De Superette at Hofstraat.
The Superette is an artisan, first class bakery with all the trimmings, such as a visible Scandinavian wood oven to ‘ create ‘ an authentic feel.
There’s a terrace where customers can have breakfast, and a large menu with sandwiches, coffee and other drinks.
Most of their products offered, are homemade.
The woman behind the oven is the American bread expert Sarah Lemke.
Next to snacks, you can also order a pizza , such as a ‘ tomato ‘ or ‘ Flammekueche’, salads, grill,and dishes with chicken breast or beef Tartar.
